Hope Lakeside Residence

This new lakeside home is beautiful for both the views and its modern graceful lines.  The simplicity disguises some of the unique challenges we worked through, both due to site conditions and architectural constraints. The building is founded on screw piles due to the soft soils and uses clever detailing for the offset posts on the “floating” decks.

MA + HG provided the architectural design.
